Each internal vortex is running in the same direction. If two conducting wires, for instance, are sending electricity in the same direction, their moving magnetic fields attract each other. Each vortex would be held equidistant from the next by these forces. More importantly for us, each vortex would be interacting with its neighbor and the central flowing center in the same way the seral disc did with its magnets, which is the basis of magnetic reconnection. It is this magnetic reconnection that generates electrons and positrons each time lines of magnetic lines of force are broken and reconnect. It is this migration of electrons to the bottom and positrons to the top of the craft that is responsible for levitation. This imbalance is what I?m calling a super Biefield-Brown Effect that causes movement toward the positive charge. In this case it means levitation.
